PMCE were commissioned by Boylan Engineering, to undertake a Traffic & Transport Assessment, and prepare a Traffic Chapter for an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR), for the proposed expansion of activities, which primarily included the construction of a new building and ancillary equipment in Crossakiel, Kells, Co. Meath.

For the assessment, a link and junction capacity analysis of the traffic related impacts of the proposed development was undertaken at up to eight junctions.

PMCE also undertook a sightline assessment at the development access on the R154 and provided design consultancy services regarding the design, and siting, of a temporary construction access on the Collinstown Road to the rear of the site.
