PMCE have been appointed by Cavan County Council to prepare a preliminary design for the Kingscourt Town Permeability Link to the Navan & Kingscourt Greenway Scheme. The scheme objective is to develop a permeability link from the Navan to Kingscourt Greenway into the town core.
The Navan & Kingscourt Greenway is a recently opened 30km greenway along the old railway line from Navan to Kingscourt.
