Quality Policy
PMCE has an established reputation for providing a quality service in Road Safety Engineering, Transportation Planning & Assessment and Road/Highway Design & Construction. The management team and staff of PMCE are committed to meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations by implementing the principles of ISO 9001:2015 and continual improvement in all of its activities. We will do this through: –
- Establishing clearly defined Business and Quality Objectives based on our business plan for the on-going development of the Company. These objectives will be regularly reviewed and measured by senior management
- Committing to deliver our projects and on our commitment to providing a quality service to our clients
- Ensuring that the clients’ requirements, and regulations, are met
- Providing our staff with sufficient training and development support in order to develop fully competent staff/teams
- Working closely with our customers, suppliers and sub-consultants to develop and maintain partnering approach relationships
- Committing to being an efficient and profitable organisation by following good work practices in all areas of our operations
This Quality Policy is reviewed at least annually in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
