PMCE have been appointed by Cavan County Council to prepare a Traffic and Transportation Study of Bailieborough Town Centre.
Cavan County Council have received an allocation for the “Bailieborough Town Centre First Plan”. The Town Centre First Plan (TCF) sets out a range of physical, economic and social projects to be implemented over the short-, medium- and long-term, all of which would contribute to the rejuvenation and regeneration of Bailieborough town centre.
The services being provided by PMCE include: –
- Procurement of traffic surveys
- Determine and assess current and future trip distribution
- Make recommendations for junction improvements
- Assess the impacts of the recommended junction improvements on the road network
