PMCE were commissioned by Mayo County Council to deliver Feasibility Design Reports for seven sites in Co. Mayo which were considered as high collision locations.
PMCE assessed collisions at each site over the last 3-5 years to determine, if any, the primary factor contributing to collision occurrence. Remedial measures were proposed for each site to reduce collision occurrence. Costings were estimated for each proposed measure and a First-Year Rate of Return for each proposal was calculated to assess the economic benefit of implementing each measure.
