PMCE is one of the most experienced road safety audit firms in the Gulf States, having completed in excess of 60 Road Safety Audits across all project scales, including major Motorway/Expressways, Regional/Local Road Improvements & Development Proposals. PMCE’s staff are approved by Ashghal in Qatar and Abu Dhabi Municipality for carrying out road safety audits on Expressway & local road networks. We therefore cater for every size of project, whether it be a small or local assess, or a major motorway project.
Road Safety Audit (RSA) involves the evaluation of road schemes during design and construction to identify potential hazards to all road users.
Our Road Safety Audit Teams have completed Audits, to UK HD19/15 and NRA HD 19/15, along with Audits undertaken in Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait for all Stages and on all types of schemes including:

Auditors from PMCE Consultants have been accepted by the Qatar Public Works Authority for undertaking Road Safety Audits on the Qatar Road Network. In 2012 PMCE were appointed by the Irish National Roads Authority to a Framework Contract to conduct Road Safety Audits on the Irish National Road Network for a three year period, which best demonstrates the trust placed in us by large national authorities.
