PMCE were commissioned by Muir Associates, on behalf of Bridgeclip (Developments) Ltd, to prepare a Traffic & Transport Assessment for proposed development at Rocklawn, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18 to consist of two apartment blocks with a total of 112 units, 51 car parking spaces and 176 bicycle parking stands.

For the assessment a link and junction capacity analysis of the traffic related impacts of the proposed development was undertaken at the: –

• Leopardstown Road (R113)/Kilgobbin Road Signalised Junction
• Development Access onto the Leopardstown Road (R113)
• Murphystown Way, M50 Junction 13 Overbridge and Leopardstown Road (R113) Signalised Junction
